Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 09/04/2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules that apply to cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds for Startmoto digital products, operated by ANY PLACE ANY TIME LTD (company registration number 16120183). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Payment Policy.

1. Digital Products and Immediate Access

Our products consist primarily of digital course content supplied electronically. Access may be made available immediately after payment is successfully confirmed. Because the product is digital in nature, different cancellation and refund rules apply compared to physical goods.

2. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under that Act, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described. If the digital content we supply is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to:

To raise a statutory rights claim, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

3. General Refund Position

Subject to sections 2 and 4 below and except where otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of digital course content are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. We do not generally offer refunds, exchanges, or partial credits for change of mind, unused access, lack of time, mistaken selection, or dissatisfaction where the product matches its description.

4. Limited Exceptions

We may consider a refund or other appropriate remedy in limited circumstances, including where:

5. Refund Process and Timescales

If a refund is approved:

6. No Refunds for User-Side Issues

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided where the issue arises from your own circumstances, including incompatible devices, insufficient internet connectivity, failure to review product information, unsupported territory, failure to use the access instructions supplied, or breach of our Terms of Service.

7. Cancellations

Because our products are supplied digitally and access may be granted immediately, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled after payment confirmation. If you believe an order was placed in error, contact us immediately at info@startmoto.co.uk. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the payment has been authorised or digital fulfilment has begun.

8. Model Cancellation Form

Although your right to cancel is lost once digital content supply has begun with your consent, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require us to provide a model cancellation form. If you wish to attempt cancellation before content delivery begins, you may send the following to info@startmoto.co.uk:

To: ANY PLACE ANY TIME LTD, 2 Unity St, St Philip S, Bristol, BS2 0HN, United Kingdom / info@startmoto.co.uk

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following digital content: [describe the course(s)]

Ordered on: [date]

Order reference (if known): [order ID]

Name: [your name]

9. Purchase Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing course descriptions, pricing, bundle contents, previews where available, territorial eligibility, and technical requirements before making a purchase. You are also responsible for ensuring that the email address and contact details you provide are correct so that digital access can be delivered.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at info@startmoto.co.uk before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue directly. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory legal right you may have.

11. Contact
